Scored and Broken
A sheet of art glass is scored once, broken along the score, and ground back by hand until two halves match. The edges are wrapped in copper foil and soldered, which is where the bright, slightly uneven silver line comes from. It is the slowest thing made here, and the only one where the material decides the outcome as much as the maker does.

Nothing here is listed yet. Each piece is cut and soldered on its own, so these are photographs of what has come off the bench rather than a catalogue. If something catches your eye, ask — it can be made again, though the glass will vary a little from the one photographed.
